The ambitious road map toward carbon neutral aviation in 2025 mobilizes all players of the aeronautical industry all around the world.
Whatever the greenhouse gas emission scenario, the IPCC considers that global warming will reach 1.5°C beginning from 2030.
The 6th report of 2023 recalls that emission due to human activities have warmed the climate at an unprecedented rate: the surface temperature of the globe has already risen by 1.1°C with respect to the pre-industrial period.
Aware of the impact of our activities and of our responsibility, Aéroprotec group has made a commitment to consider low-carbon economy challenges on all our production sites and at every step of the industrial process.
As a proof of this commitment, we have joined the first batch of BPI’s “Accelerators of Decarbonization” program. We were the only participant from the aeronautical sector. This 2-year support program have helped us define a realistic and robust low-carbon strategy.
