The Aéroprotec Group has been in business for over 20 years, playing an important role in the development of the town and the region.
Formation of Le Lab’
The Aéroprotec Group employs 300 people at its 3 plants in France and its site in Tunisia. Creation of Le Lab’ by Aéroprotec services, a site dedicated to R&D and internal and external training in Saint-Nicolas-de-Redon.
Creation of the company under the name of Janini at Pau.
Thierry Haure-Mirande acquires Janini et renamed the company to Aéroprotec. The company has 20 employees.
Aéroprotec Pau increases its production area by 25%
Formation of Le Lab’
Creation of the LAB’ by aéroprotec services, a site dedicated to internal and external r&d and training in saint-nicolas-de-redon.
Innovation, since the beginnings of Aéroprotec, is at the heart of the company’s strategy.
It allowed for strategic choices which served as a foundation of the company’s structure and future. Thierry HAURE-MIRANDE, illustrating his avant-garde vision : “we should not simply submit to what the market offers, instead, we should offer ourselves to the market, and if possible, a couple of years ahead.”
Aéroprotec group is first and foremost a family business, where goodwill and solidarity within its team members are significant. These are the values which our employees are most attached to.
Though the management is always perfectible, we are committed to offering a convivial working atmosphere conducive to solidarity.
It is neither more nor less than the desire to be the best which drives our teams on a daily basis. Beyond the number of certifications and qualifications that the group possesses, its excellence lies in the determination of our staff to provide the best service to our customers.
We are resolved to deliver services in line with customer’s requests as well as quality requirements for all types of components. We have the ambition to become the market’s major player on the segment of highly technical parts, and also of parts having special geometries or some critical importance, while applying the same conscientiousness for any entrusted product.
Beyond the technical aspect, human remains the core of our business, and that is the reason why we work on the development of our own training modules within the surface treatment discipline.
In the spirit of continuous improvement, we work relentlessly on our production flow in order to offer both operational and logistical performance.
Responsiveness and respect of deadlines are crucial. We operate on all types of cycles ranging from 24 hours to 20 days for very complex range of products.
Our objective: reach an OTD of 100% negotiated with our clients.
In order to improve our organization, we implemented a LEAN site which allows us to reduce our cycle times.
Lastly, responsiveness also means to provide pertinent responses to requests for quotation and technical consultations so as to anticipate the industrial means necessary for production.
Customer service is at the heart of our business—that means to us that we need to of course deliver on time but also to guide our clients with different technical solutions and innovative treatments.
Customer service is also to know how to render service. For that purpose, we adapted our production cycles by offering coherent and continuous solutions to better respond to our customer’s expectations.
